Catherine helped lead the clinical research program at Boston Children’s Hospital & Harvard Medical School aimed at discovering novel therapies for early-onset HSP. Her work included natural history studies, gene discovery, genomic sequencing studies, disease modeling, patient advocacy, and clinical trial management. She completed her master’s thesis under Dr. Darius Ebrahimi-Fakhari with a focus on AP-4-HSP.
